Ezdan Real Estate Company revealed its plans to launch the multi-purpose "Al Janoub Gardens" project, which will include residential and commercial units by the end of 2022, comprising more than 2368 various sized fully furnished apartments, in addition to 240 retail outlets. The project features a huge number of parking spaces for residents and visitors, exceeding 4,400 external parking lots and basement floors, as well as mosques, kids play areas, and about 10 swimming pools spread in the project.

This new realty achievement has been unveiled during a press conference held by Ezdan Real Estate Company at the headquarters of Ezdan Hotel West Bay’s Conference Center, in the presence of Mr. Hani Dabash, Ezdan’s Deputy Group CEO, who affirmed that Al Janoub Gardens is one of the most important real estate projects accomplished by Ezdan during 2022. Accelerated pace of development plans

On the development plan launched by the company at the end of last year, the Deputy Group CEO highlighted that Ezdan Real Estate focuses on improving and developing its services continuously, as the company completed the development of a large number of villages and residential compounds during the last period of the current year 2022 and the plan is scheduled to include about 37 residential villages with a total number of units exceeding 15,000 units in 5 phases, a large number of which have already been completed.

Among them are residential villages in Al Wakra and Al Wukair, and residential compounds and buildings in Doha. In the course of its strategy to continuously improve and develop its services, Ezdan Real Estate Company, the major real estate developer, unveiled an integrated multi-tiered plan for the comprehensive development of about 17 villages and compounds to take place in 2022, including residential villages in Al Wakra and Al Wukair and residential buildings in Doha, entailing construction works. The revamp works will include flooring replacement, wall paints, full-range maintenance operations for buildings, as well as replacing most furniture, electrical appliances and air conditioners.
